It's not hard to tell David Windsands hates sex, sexual desire & everything associated with it. In so many ways it's a self-destructive, self-worshipping, waste of time. Can the good aspects of sex ever out weight the bad?

The various exercises, meditations & practices needed to reach such a level of extacy can only be gained by discipline. In martial arts one must learn to use their Chi, harnessing it through their physical bodies. It is the same way with sex as explained in this scripture.
This beautiful union does not have to be done by those in love with eachother & sadly many can't achieve this with the person who'm they love. This is the only true sexual satasfation available on earth. We often use physical technique & frequency of actions to satisfy what can only be sasisfied spiritually & mentally. Don't go around with the deception that society knows what sexual pleasure is. Sex is a covenant, a "new testament" in which is not to be viewed as something we do like eating food. We eat because we have to eat but we also enjoy eating. The foods we eat give us various illnesses, negatively effects our body & mind, but it nurishes us partially at the same time. If one is starving fast food at a time is good for their health, but over time the thing that is keeping them alive is killing them. None of this is feeding our true hunger for joy peace & the end of suffering. Only those who sing the Song of Songs can experience why God created sex or again I will reiterate "True sexual pleasure & esctasy in it's true meaning.
